What Is This Idk Waste Developing In My Throat With Gruesome Taste?

hey this might sound horrible but i spend time in a room where the person who stay there urinated and sometimes crap himself there. As a result I developed this small amounts of idk waste In my throat that left me with a gruesome taste and smell the problem

you might be having chronic Sinusitis, so get 1 X-ray pns done and contact me again
