What Is This Raised, Hard, Dime Sized Area Under Heel And How To Eliminate It?

Hi.. My two year old has a place on the under side of his heel that is very hard it is about the size of a dime, is raised up a bit, and directly in the center of the circle is a harder almost inverted place so it looks like a raised callus almost with a dot in the middle of it.... I wasn't sure if it was a callus, plantar wart, or hard or seed corn .... And what I might do to eliminate the area... It doesn't seem to bother him when I touch it and it is not red or inflamed... Just raised.... Thank you

HI
Than for asking to HCM
Looking to age of the child the chances of lymphatic growth is very likely, and for sure not the things as you descried here, that's all are out of the question, I would advise you to have ultrasonography test to confirm the lesion you do not have any choice but to investigate the lesion take care of kid have good luck.
