What Is This Sticky White Phlegm I Am Having?

hi doc, i have been suffered almost 3 years for this so called asthma, then now i really wonder why that i always fight against my breathing every night. then if I phlegm i got this something sticky, foamy, thick clear white phlegm. what is this doc? can you help through all of this?

hi friend . In asthama urs trachea,bronchus ,and bronchioles secrets more vicious secretions because these are lined by columnar epithelium.in asthma due hyper reactivity these secrets more sticky.thicky white phlegm. if phlegm turns to yellowish or greenish in colour suspect infectious cause.
