What Is This Tingling Sensation On My Right Side Before Sleeping?

I am having this issue where every night when I try and sleep I get this tingly sensation in my right arm. gradually it moves to my right leg and even my private part it is very irritating and uncomfortable and can keep me up for hours. there is no pain just very faint tingling. it's almost hard to describe the feeling. this happens at least 5 nights a week so I loose alot of sleep. this has also happened for 5 or 6 months in duration. I'm 23 yrs old 5'5 and weigh 140 . I'm also about 2 months pregnant. please help
