after urinating i noticed a white sperm like discharge in the toilet bowl, it was floating. i am a female is this normal?

it is not a normal thing
it may be due to leucorrhea-white discharge .
it may be due to fungal or bacterial infection
initially there is no symptoms
better to consult doctor
keep it dry and clean .
