General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Consult a physician and get evaluated. We have to rule out possible causes like postprandial angina. Other possibilities like severe acid reflux also looked for.

A detailed evaluation is required including endoscopy and ECG are required. As of now, antacids like omeprazole or pantoprazole can be taken.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
