What Is To Cause Of Feeling Nauseous While Eating When On Pepcid?

My 13 yr old daughter has been complaining of feeling like their is something in the back of her throat and nauseous when she eats...will usually get half the meal down but then feels sick...says it does not feel like heartburn or any kind of uncomfortable burning sensation but sort of like mucous stuck in her throat...it tends to happen with most things that she eats for the past couple of weeks...tried Pepcid 20mg last night recommended by her doc and she said that made it feel worse...what else could be causing this? I don't have any concerns about anorexia or bulimia.

Dear i read your scenario your daughter should go for X- RAY neck lateral view and should do barium meal to find out the cause. Also should do serum electrolytes and ultrasound abdomen. You should take tablet Omeprazole (RISEK) 40mg once a day before breakfast according to our clinical practice like such patient.take tablet Domperidone for nausea. Your daughter should change food which causes her nausea. Hope your daughter get will soon thanks for asking.
