What Is Treatment For Testicular Pain?

sir,i got sensation of urination and some time testicular pain,i got urine cultured found no bacterial growth,ultrasonography of kidney, lever,and intenstine done ,every thing found normal,doctor treating it as a normal fever,what else testsand treatments ihave to do

Hi. It looks you have fever with testicular pain and sensation of urination. Although the culture comes negative ( it can be negative even on a single tablet of antibiotic). I hope your Doctor has given you antibiotics good enough for urinary infection. continue the antibiotics for 3 more days , if no response we have to change the antibiotic. As for testicular pain , you need a scrotal support, antiinflammatory medicines like Ibuprofen and an alkinizer with water . You may need to go for a ultrasonography of the scrotum also.
