What Is Wrong With My Ulnar Artery ?

i m a 29 year old student who has just had my chiropractor do an allen test, and the blood didn t return in 7-10 seconds, and while he determined there was something wrong with my ulnar artery , he wasnt knowledgable enough to help me. It took 20 seconds for my hand to turn pink. I also have 2 nickel sized ganglion cysts in my right hand, pins and needles tingling, and it stays bone white for the most part, i also have to pump my hand and sahake it about avery 20 mins, and i can tell when the artery isnt working because my right arm feels very heavy and feels like im straining my muscles. I don t have health ins so seeing a specialist is out of the question
