Hello and welcome to HCM
There are some kind of leukemias in which no abnormality is detected on the peripheral blood smears.
The blood counts are within normal limits and very few or no abnormal cells are detected on the peripheral blood smear.
These leukemias are called sub-leukemic leukemia.
However, the abnormal cells are detected on the bone marrow.
It is unlikely to suffer from leukemia and not have any abnormal findings on peripheral blood and/or bone marrow.
You need to consult your treating doctor for this discrepancy. The presence of proteins in urine suggest a renal pathology. Glomerular diseases are the cause of leakage of proteins in urine. You need to consult a kidney specialist for this.

Thanks and take care
