What Is Your Opinion Regarding Hysterectomy And Its Side Effects?
I recently had a DNC/removal of uterine polyp. I was told the test result showed "pre-cancerous" cells and I therefore need a hysterectomy. I am well into menopause but concerned about side effects.

As you are way into menopause, the side effects of this procedure will be minimum and in fact quite helpful in your case.
Minimal side effects like irregular spotting, or some aggravated menopausal symptoms.may occur, but these can be controlled with hormone replacement therapy.
