What It Could Be As When Lean On Head Back It Hurts My Throat?

Hi, I have tenderness around the area where, if I was a man, my adams apple would be and it extends down to the end of my throat. It only bothers me when I lean my head back or touch it. Its only been hurting for a few days but I am just wanting to see if you had any ideas of what it could be.

Hi welcome to HCM....

Here throat hurting could be from sore throat means pharyngitis ....

Consult doctor nearby for posterior pharynx examination and look for inflammation or enlarged tonsil....

Salt water gargles done ....

Avoid excess spicy foods ....

More water ...

Levofloxacin like antibiotic for five days taken ....

Take benadryl like decongestent ...
ASO titre done for rule out strepto infection....

If no improvement than throat swab taken for culture ....

If chest pain or fever occurs than chest x ray dobe ...

Advise :: physician consultation
