My brother has some sort of attack, it will hit him fast. He will get dizzy, start shaking he will have to lean on something so not to fall. He said his arm will go knob not for very long. And if you ask him something he cant remember. He also will turn white. I was told he also acts like he cant get any air.
Dear Friend. Welcome to HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney. I understand your concern. There are two possibilities: 1. Seizure 2. Psuedo seizure or hysteria.
If possible give us details of whether he is conscious during the episodes or gets unconscious. Also, any tongue bite, frothing from mouth? Get him evaluated. If required he would be asked for MRI Brain and EEG studies.
This is my personal opinion for you based on available details. If you have any further query please ask me. Stay Healthy Dr Anshul Varshney, MD
