Hi. My 3 year old son experiencing amoebiasis and I got no ideas what food to prepare and to avoid. He s been asking for milk but I said no because his stomach might get irritated but I m not sure if it s right. Please help me what food to offer and to avoid. And if he can also drink his milk.
