What Kind Of Food Must Be Taken To Reduce Fatty Liver For A Person Who Has High Cholestrol?

i have fatty liver and Iam taking medicines like Keppra 2000 mg carbamazepine 600mg metmorphine cetapin 2000mg, zomelis 50mg evion 800mg daily i have minor cholestrol as well i have met with an accident 4 yrs back and got head injury, is there any kind of food where i can reduce fatty liver without more medicines

you should take unsaturated oils preparation . better go for sun flower oil, avoid cashew,groundnuts like foods apart from junky foods
