Welcome to health care magic.

1. It can be PID - pelvic inflammatory disease. which is most common in the females of your age group.
2. It can be due to uterine / endometrium / adnexal cause.
3.For confirmation an ultrasound pelvis will help to identify the source of the infection.
4.Sex also one of the cause for the frequent infection - for some time you should try with protection and see the result.
5.Finally if its getting repeatedly a vaginal swab will be helpful to treat accordingly.

Good luck.
