Never consulter hospital for 15 yrs. around 10 year I am drinking and smoking regularly still I feeling good. but I thought to go for complete medical checkup once. For complete health check, following tests are recommended:
1. Complete hemogram with peripheral blood examination
2. Renal function tests (RFTs)
3. Liver function tests (LFTs)
4. Thyroid function tests (TFTs)
5. Lipid profile
6. Blood glucose
7. Cardiology check up: Blood pressure, ECG and further tests if indicated
8. X-ray chest
9. Prostate examination
10. Ultrasound abdomen
11. Any other test if you have any other problem

This is an exhaustive list of investigations which covers almost all organ systems of the body.
You can get these tests at your nearest hospital/ healthcare provider.
