my hairs are falling a lot .the whole bed-sheet is full of them always.Scalp is very itchy and i fear washing my hair as i will loose more hair.please suggest. i have recently shifted from a cooler place to Mumbai. What supplements,shampoo,food and natural treatment i can go for

For severe hair fall, it is better to rule out underlying anemia and thyroid problems before starting treatment. Get your hemoglobin and thyroid status checked first and address them if there are any abnormalities.
You may benefit from taking oral supplements containing biotin, cysteine and methionine once a day for 2-3 months. Use a mild shampoo meant for sensitive / dry scalp. Use coconut oil for 1/2 hour to 1 hour before bath. Any brand will work as most of the chemical contents are the same.
Avoid hair treatments like oil massage as these will further dislodge the loose hairs and make you more apprehensive.
Have a healthy diet and increase your intake of protein ( egg), fruits and vegetables.
