What Kind Of Treatments Are Available For A Tetraplegic Patient?

My father has got spinal cord injury in 1988. Still I am waiting for any advancement in neurology or neurosurgery so that I could see my father back to normal life. He is a tetraplegic patient. I have been taking care of him for decades. At least his hands grip must start work. He has got certain improvement. He can raise his arms but no grip power. I am financially sound.
