What Leads To Abnormal Pap Test Result?

I am 52 and 18 months menopausal.I just had an abnormal (LSIL CIN1) pap & colposcopy w/biopsy. My question is - my hubby of 33 yrs and I have always used condoms until recently. Could this be the cause of the LSIL reading and should we go back to protected sex and use condoms?

Hello welcome to HCM
I appreciate your concerns.
few days unprotected sex does not cause papilloma virus infection.
it is due to other risk factors probably.nothing to do now.
just wait and watch and repeat the test after 1 year.
Hope this will help you.
Regards.
