What Leads To Rise In Heart Rate While Walking And With History Of Having Heart Attack?

I had a heart attack in January and have since had 3 stents put in at different times. I am a 60 yr old white female. After I just started my walk last night, first 500 steps up a step road, my heart rate was at 117 bpm but as I was walking I could see the dots in front of me kinda like when you feel faint. I rested for a few minutes and it went away. Is this something to be concerned about

I really appreciate your concern, if this was the history of heart disease and not have some tachycardia and faint history then this need to be taken seriously and this is the matter of concern, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day
