Good Afternoon Sir I am Jitendra Gupta and I got craniophyrngioma surgery in 2003 .After that I got many problems like Hormones problem . My pituitary is not functioning .Now I am at age of 22 but I don t have beard and moustache and no mature character. I am still looking like 15 year old boy . I am from Varanasi .Suggest me a endocrinologist and necessary step .Thank you.

Good afternoon Mr.jitendra. Its not uncommon to have what you do after a surgery for craniopharyngioma. You need hormone replacement. Prior to that you need to be evaluated for finding out which hormones are deficient. You will do pretty well after that. Try not to delay the treatment as you are 23 already. There is a fully functional endocrinology dept in the banaran Hindu university campus. Please consult them. Take care.
