What Leads To Some Blood In The Discharge?

I had a small operation on Thursday night to remove a uterine polyp that was bleeding. I have dissolvable stitches inside and the pain has almost gone now. I've had a very small amount of blood in my discharge. It doesn't smell and there's not sharp pains. Is this ok or should i worry that a stitch has burst?
