hello sir.I m from kota Rajasthan. age 27 height 173 n weight 75kg I hv problem with my up belly, I m pure vegetarian BT slowly slowly my belly is going up,my diet is not so much bt I don t go for any workout. plz help me to reduce belly faster.0000. YYYY@YYYY

It's hard to reduce belly fat so fast, as it requires a complete workout together with diet. Some types of exercises will help reduce belly fats. But we should ensure you are not taking any medication like steroids.
