General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

There can be several reasons why your daughter is experiencing vomiting, dizziness, and a black tongue. Vomiting can be caused by various reasons such as a viral or bacterial infection, food poisoning, motion sickness, pregnancy, migraine headaches, medication side effects, or a gastrointestinal disorder.

Dizziness can be caused by many things such as dehydration, low blood pressure, anemia, hypoglycemia, an ear infection, or a neurological disorder. The black tongue can be caused by a fungal infection or by the use of certain medications such as antibiotics or antacids.

It is important to take your daughter to a healthcare provider to diagnose the underlying cause of these symptoms. The healthcare provider may run some tests and provide appropriate treatment based on the diagnosis. In the meantime, make sure she stays hydrated and gets plenty of rest.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Priyanka, General & Family Physician
