What Levels Of Oxygen Should Be Maintained At Higher Altitudes?

I live at a 6500 elevation and have only one and a third use of my lungs due to cancer and my treatments 9 years ago...My question is what is normal oxygen levels for this elevation? I normally am between 91 and 96.. with too much exercise and exertion it will drop to 86-88 but jump right back.
