What Long-term Damage Could Result From Dropping A Steel Plate On The Top Of My Foot, Causing Severe Pain And Rounding Off The Bone?

I dropped a1/2 inch steel plate across the top of both my arch it fell straight down landing on edge on the top of my arch I screamed for thirty min I’ve been shot in the mouth blown up twice put a three in router bit through my gut and stitch d myself up but this hurt worse what’s long term damage the bone on top of arch is not pointed it was pulverized it’s rounded off
