What May Be The Cause Of Increased Anxiety, Blurred Vision, Vomiting And Nausea?

I fell down unconscious this morning as soon as i got up, i was unconsious for about 5-8 mins, i felt nauseous, there was a brief period of blurred vision, vomiting sensation, racy heart beat, anxiety feeling, there is now a lump on my forehead just above the left eye, it hurts- what do i need to do, when i bend down the pain increases

The lump is bacterial infected requires hot phomantation, systemic antibiotic like erythromycin 500 mg daily. Take hifenac p twice daily for 5days. Getyour eye examined by eye doctor. Hypertension diabetes is to be ruled out.
