What May Be The Reason For Having Semen When Masturbating?
Hello... I am Avijit Kumar 28 years old tall healthy guy, about a week ago I was having a problem of Hematospermia, I consults Urologist, he suggested me for different blood test, urine test, USG of KUBP, CT scan OF KUBP, And Urine Culture. All the test reports a normal behavior, so the Doctor suggested me that there might me a infection in Prostate so he asked me to take Ciprofloxacin (Cifran by Ranbaxy) and Urimax (by Cipla). My problem of Hematospemia was solved, I was continuing the medicine for 3 days but now I am encountering another problem that while mustering there is no semen while ejaculation, I am worried.... Will I become Impotent?... please help...

Hello and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist, let me advise you, that for hemospermia, you should get semen culture test and also ultrasound scan of prostate gland only.(TRUS).-trans rectal ultrasound.
This will give most accurate idea of inside of prostate, and also, why no ejaculate is there, after masturbation.
According to report, you get the proper treatment done.

Probably it is due to uni max so don't worry Alpha blockers can cause anejaculation
