What Measures Needs To Be Followed Post Treatment For Brain Injury?

My friend, 48 yrs old, had a traumatic brain injury (closed) 6 days ago and was treated in hopital. He was discharged after 4 days. However, he did not report numbness in his hand and foot on the opposite side to the injury, nor did he mention bleeding from his nose. Does he need immediate medical attention?
