What Medical Advice Can Help With Quick Ejaculation During Minimal Foreplay?

Please, I want an assistance/counsel on quick ejaculation. Whenever my woman just touches me, not romance, I find myself discharging. Less than a minute of foreplay with her, I will discharge and it has become unbearable for me . I need medical counsel and assistance

Hello,

Ejaculating very quickly during even minimal or non-sexual touch is distressing. It is understandable. Your symptoms are indicative of premature ejaculation (PE), and potentially hypersensitivity. Porn often builds unrealistic sexual triggers. If you’ve conditioned your body to quick release with solo stimuli, it translates to real life. Stop watching porn-related videos and magazines.

Take a break from porn and practise mindful arousal. You can apply numbing creams or sprays like Lidocaine to reduce sensitivity. Apply 10–15 mins before intimacy, and wipe off before penetration to avoid numbing your partner.

Taking Viagra for erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation will help boost a man's confidence. Sex life will improve. However, to delay ejaculation, selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs) and phosphodiesterase-5 (PDE5) inhibitors are helpful.

Behavioural therapy is helpful; you are advised to get connected to a urologist , Kegels exercises, squeeze technique and desensitization training without watching porn is very helpful. It may take some time to recondition your brain and body to delay release.

Sometimes, it may also occur due to lack of regular sexual activity, which may build up tension. Low serotonin levels in the brain (serotonin helps delay ejaculation). Get clinically examined and evaluated. You need not worry, it is treatable.

I hope I have answered your question. Take care.
