What Medical Condition Causes Whitish Creamy Residue On The Insides Of The Thighs And On The Cheeks With Pungent Odor?

This is incredibly embarrassing. But I seem to have this whitish creamy, pasty residue in between at the top of my cheeks. Also a similar residue on the inside of my thighs in my groin. They also have a pungent odor. I can scrub them clean in my morning shower but by the next morning it s back. Is this a medical condition?
