Hi,I am Dr. Prabhakar Koregol (Cardiologist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
What Medication And Treatment Does Concentric LV Hypertrophy Require?
hello sir, i was examined two test for my heart i.e D Echo & doppler test Test result are :- CONCENTRIC LV HYPERTHROPHY, NO REGIONAL WALL MOTION ABNORMALITY, NORMAL LV FUNCTION, NO LV/LA CLOT, NO PERICARDIAL EFFUSION, LVEF - 70% AND NO ASD/VSD/PDA/COA, NORMAL RWMA 2nd test is TMT - Doctors marked TMT negative for EII needs yours specific advise with suitable less medicines if required.
These echo findings are suggestive of chronic heart changes in the presence of arterial hypertension. There is no evidence of coronary artery disease based on the TMT results. So, nothing serious is going on! I recommend trying to closely monitor your blood pressure values in order to have a better control in your blood pressure values and prevent further progressions of such changes.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Ilir Sharka, Cardiologist
