What Medication Is Recommended For Recurring Throat Pain And Cold With Fever?

Initially in the evening there will be pain in throat. Next day evg there will be assured running nose, further causing cold followed by fever for next 3-5 days. How can i stop this in the morning itself and which is the best tablet to stop this, in India.. Regards. SHASHI, India.
