What Medication Is Suggested For Slight Dextroscoliosis Of The Thoracic Spine?
hello, i had a chest xray and here are the findings: suspicious linear densities are noted at the right upper lobe superimposed on the right 1st anterior rib. suggest apicolordotic view. Diaphragm and sinuses are normal. The heart is not enlarged. Incidentally, there is slight dextroscoliosis of the thoracic spine.
Hi. Thanks for you query. Noted your history of dextroscoliosis on X-ray of the chest done. Other findings are suspicious linear densities are noted at the right upper lobe superimposed on the right 1st anterior rib. suggest apicolordotic view. Diaphragm and sinuses are normal I would suggest you the following in such a situation: Go for CT scan of the chest and the sinuses to find out the exact problems. Clinical evaluation by a Pulmonologist and further management as per the the clinical picture and the CT scan. If the dextroscoliosis is not significant nothing needs to be done for it.
I hope this answers your query and helps you to get an early diagnosis and proper plan of the treatment.
