What Medication Is Suggested For Extra Skin On The Fore Front Of The Penis?

hi doc, The problem is at the fore front of pennis there is extra skin and when there is erection happening the inner one does not come out properly in other words the free movement of skin is not there so does it require an operation as a mandate? or can it be treated by performing some excersises?
