Hi,

You seem to have acne vulgaris and healed lesions leaving scars. Acne vulgaris is a multifactorial diseases. Stress, anxiety, genetic factors, oily food, sleeplessness, dandruff, drugs like steroid,iodine,INH..etc might precipitate or exacerbate the diseases. I usually suggest following treatment in my patients having such disease.

- tab azithromycine 500 mg three days a week or minocycline 50 mg daily morning
- tab isotretinoin 5 mg at night daily
- to apply benzoyl peroxide gel at night
- to apply clindamycine gel in morn
- to cleanse the face with antiseptic lotion like cetaphil
- to avoid exacerbating factors

I hope this would be helpful. But, consult dermatologist to have firm treatment.

Thanks.
