What Medication Is Suggested For Severe Headache And Fever?

Hello, I am 30 year old, and suffuring from fever for four days, becide fever I have headach it pains unbearable when i get up from siting, and when going in a car if car jerks. Also I feel hungry very much but can t have food. And nightmare continuously disturbs whole night. Doc has prescribed to medicine - Topcef 200 and Diclofanac potasium & Serratiopeptidase.

Hello,

For fever & headache you have been prescribed medicines by your treating doctor. However, it is always better to have blood tests & Urinalysis to detect the cause of fever. Excess hunger may be due to stress, inadequate sleep, poor general health , illness or disease(DM). You are suggested to get a complete medical check up done.

Get Blood, urinalysis & imaging tests done. You will be treated according to the pathology detected. To avoid headache, stay well hydrated. Get your eyes checked. You can take Sumatriptan for relief. Since you have nightmares, you should see a counselor & a psychiatrist. You may need only counseling or medicines along with counselling.
