What Medication Is Suggested For Sore Throat,swelling Of Face And Wheezing?

I have had a very bad cough of an on since Sept. It just recently got bad about a month ago. My Dr has been treating me for pnemonia and I have been on 5 rounds of antibiotics a shot of one and I'm on my 3 rd round of steriods. I also got a shot of one in the office yesterday. My symptoms are getting worse and I started to have a sore throat n swelling of my face within the last 3 hours. I'm wheezing really bad and my bp is 138/86 and pulse is 98 should I go to the er? I am very scared n shaking. I have had xray of chest and than yesterday a Cyst scan with contrast of my chest. I am very concerned and am just getting worse
