What Medication Is To Be Used For Dry Skin, Wrinkles Around Eyes, Acne And Scars?

I am a dry skin person. my skin is very dry especially hand neck leg. and my face is also dry and wrinkles around eyes. and my face is full pimples and pimple marks. please suggest which cream and tablets use for overcome this problems. I anticipate your valuable suggestions.

Welcome to Health Care Magic, thank you for posting your query. I understand your concern.
If your skin is too dry, apply dermadew cream at nights after washing your face thoroughly with cetaphil solution face wash which will help you with the acne.
And for acne a combined approach is effective.
Please try the following for about 1-2 months to see the change.
1. Retino-A cream for acne 0.025% , application at nights.
2. Kojiglo cream (kojic acid 2%) for your acne scars , application at nights.
3. If you have severe acne, take tablet Azithromycin 250 mg twice a day for 5 days per month .
4. drink plenty of water and avoid junk/ oily food/ spicy food/ dairy products.

Once the acne reduces you can apply the kojic acid cream for 4-5 months to see the visible reduction in your acne spots.
Keep your body hydrated to prevent dry skin.
