Hello,

Thank you for asking at HCM.

I went through your history and would like to make suggestions for you as follows:

1. Were I treating him, I would suggest him combination of montelukast and levocetirizine for nose allergies for 7-14 days depending upon response.

2. It is important to mention here that most of the medicines can only "control" allergy symptoms, they cannot "cure" allergies. Hence it is important to identify allergy first.

3. I would suggest him allergy testing which will help you identify substances causing allergies to him as well as to know the measures to avoid them.

4. For watery stool, most commonly, it can be due to viral infection. The best treatment is to maintain hydration by giving him plenty of fluids during the day like ORS solution, curd-lassi, buttermilk, etc.

5. I would also suggest him syrup zinc for 14 days which will help in improving stool consistency.

Hope above suggestions will be helpful to you.

Should you have any further query, please feel free to ask at HCM.

Wish your baby the best of the health ahead.

Thank you & Regards.
