I am having a guilty under my ear on the neck from last 3 day , I felt the pain only when it appeared there, after that no pain, but last night another guilty was gound just few centimeters away from it, now I wanna ask What this guilty is and is it viral or bacterial, moreover what medicine I should use

This is a classical finding in involvement of lymph nodes.
Your Doctor's prescription is needed to get the appropriate antibiotics and anti-inflammatory medicines.
