What Medications Are Advised For Reducing High BP?

Hi, for the past couple days my blood pressure has been running 167/104, the highest and the lowest has been 135/94, I have had a bad headache for the past couple days and my left wrist feels like it is always asleep. I have never had high blood pressure, I am 57 years old. I have no insurance and don t know what I should do. can you help?

Please, it would be important that your doctors examine you fully to confirm this diagnosis and make sure there is no other cause of this condition before treating. Treatment of high blood pressure requires regular exercises, diet and lifestyle modifications, and medications. Also, this is a longterm treatment should it be started and I will like to see this done by a doctor who can evaluate and make adjustments accordingly. In all, consult you primary care physician for confirmation and management.
