What Medications Are Prescribed For Severe Itching And Ulcers On The Feet?

Hello, I often get severe itching and small ulcers on my foot...I m a diabetic and I m suspecting the infection is quite deep and may stem from my bones, since these itching spells return every month or so and can come back very quickly...Once it returns, it stays for at least a week during which time I m using creams and disinfectants...Any suggestions?
