What Medicine Can I Apply To My Toddler S Bleeding Hemorrhoid Skin After Stool, While She S On Laxatives For Constipation?

Hi so my three year daughter has hemorrhoids, and she is big outgrowth of skin (triangle shape) so problem is that whenever pass stool, that outgrown skin bleeds, because it is stretched and ruptured while passing stool. Can you please suggest me any medicine to apply on the ruptured area. Because to cure constipation I am giving her laxatives now. Many thanks
