What Medicine Can I Take For High Fever, Headache, And Shivering?

Hi, I m having High fever since last night... during the day I feel my head so heavy and headache, n during the night, i was shivering from inside as well as getting my body hotter from inside....what can I eat, drink and what type of medicine can i take during this time. Btw I m 19 years old
