What Medicine Can I Take Instead Of HZCT?

I have COPD and I am also on lisinopril for HBP. I started taking Lisinopril with HTCZ and noticed my breathing was significantly improved; however after a few weeks the nausea was unbearable. Is there something similar to HZCT that will not give me the nausea yet still give me the improved breathing.

Thanks for your question on HCM. In my opinion you should continue with HCTZ as this is not the cause for your nausea.
HCTZ is thiazide type of diuretic and very safe drug. And well tolerated too. You may have gastritis and nausea due to other drugs.
So take proton pump inhibitors with anti emetic combination. You will be alright. No need to stop HCTZ.
