What Medicine Can Be Taken For Interrupted Sleep?

My dad doctor are give Zolbien 10MG for his sleeping,but recently he not sleep hole night... his sleep is interrupted in 3.00am or 4.00am. he goes sleep every day 11.00pm ..which medicine best for him.. i am confused ,i can't contact the doctor because we are living in village...and doctor appointment after 3 month from now..
one more problem he take this sleeping pills and his sleep arrives after 1 hours...so i give medicine 10.00pm...
what i am doing now..please healp me..

He can take tab Diazepam OR Alprazolam which are little longer acting than Zolbien.
