General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
I am sorry, for the unbearable symptoms of flu you have. I do understand your concern.
Flu has symptoms of cough, body ache, joint pains as routine symptoms. They will be relieved by acetoamenophen pills & antiviral drugs .
But what bothers me more is the chest pain you have while breathing in. This is suggestive of secondary infection of lungs.
I would advice you to consult your doctor for examination/investigations ( Xray chest) &suitable antibiotics /cough syrup along with routine flu treatment. This will take care of your joint/respiratory symptoms of flu.
I would suggest use of mask & frequent hand washing for prevention of the spread of flu.
Thanks.
