What Medicine Should Be Taken For Fever ?

Hi I am from Bangladesh, My wife Hemoglobin 9.2, ESR 70, WBC 8500, Plateles 180,000. Doctor suggests folic acid tablet 1 in a day for 1 month and eat green vagetables, fruits any type of iron foods. She s in fever 100 degree but doctor don t suggest any medicine for fever. Please help me.

Hi,thanks for query.It is important to know the type of deficiency that she have,whether it is only iron deficiency or vitamin b12 defi.Alone folic acid will not help.In case of iron deficiency iron tablets is required along with other things.You can give acetaminophen tablets for fever as and when required.bye.
